The full name is Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sandwiches. Trim the crust from the bread slices and make sandwiches with the mozzarella cheese. Dip the edges of the bread in cold water for a moment and press them together to seal in the cheese. Whisk the eggs with milk and a pinch of salt until foamy. Dust the cheese sandwiches with flour.
